Event Overview

  • 100 attendees; including spouses
  • Client symposium designed to foster communication and working relationship between clients, distributors and corporate team members
  • Four evening event; receptions and dinners.

Cerise Event Management and Program Execution

  • One of many programs Cerise Events manage for this client.
  • Full service planning and management of the 5 Day, 4 Night program. Including; management of hotel site search, selection and rigorous contract negotiation, theme development, registration, on-site transportation logistics, on-site management, room block management, food and beverage coordination and activities.
  • Uniquely themed event utilizing the location, client driven message and audience participation. For one evening's event partnered with a Horse Whisper and Guest Speaker, using the extraordinary art of Horse Whispering to illustrate the development of healthy and trusting relationships. The speaker moderated during the demonstration, on tying in the client's message of balancing respect, fear, and discipline with kindness, softness, and love that are necessary to produce healthy relationships between dominant and subordinate, as well as group dynamics in the corporate world and in personal life.
  • Worked with both the Horse Whisper and Guest Speaker to tailor the message and demonstration to fit the client's specific parameters.
  • Designed and produced rustic and elegant invitations and Program materials incorporating the theme and incorporating the overall look and feel of the program.

  • Three diverse events back to back, in multiple locations
  • Sales Kick Off = Redwood Shores, CA
    • 250 participants (employees and partners)
  • Holiday Party = San Francisco, CA
    • 300 (employees and guests)
  • High Performer's Club = Sonoma, CA
    • 60 attendees (and guests)

Cerise Event Management and Program Execution

  • These particular events were back to back (Sales Kick Off, Holiday Party and High Performer's Club.
  • Full service planning and management of each of the programs. Three different web sites and audience registration managed. Each audience required a different look and feel. Management of hotel site search, selection and rigorous contract negotiation, theme development, registration, on-site transportation logistics, on-site management; room block management, food and beverage coordination and activities.
  • Each event was themed for a different purpose and different audience.
  • Holiday Party planned within 1 week. Securing venue, arranging transportation and registration.

Results

  • Sales Kick Off Meeting successfully brought together global sales and technical teams, executive team shared the positioning strategy for the new selling year and provided attendees and partners with global networking opportunities.
